Insurance

We provide massage therapy treatments for auto accident claims. We will need a referral from your primary care physician or chiropractor, your claim number, and the phone number, address, and fax number of the insurance company responsible for paying the claim. Please call the office to inquire about your claim and how we can help. 

We have LMT’s on staff who do accept some personal insurance plans. Please call the office to inquire about your plan. 

 

Chiropractic care

Acupuncture

At this time we do not offer Acupuncture. 

 

Cancellation Policy:

We ask that you give us 24 hours prior notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your massage appointment. If you are unable to give this notice, we ask that you take responsibility for payment of the visit in full. This does not apply if we are able fill your appointment time with another client or in the case of an emergency. To cancel or reschedule please call the office. Thank you for your consideration.
